Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage calendars, emails, internal communications, and incoming calls for one or more Vice Presidents.
- Proactively organize the executive’s day-to-day schedules, priorities, and overall workflow to maintain smooth operations.
- Assist in managing and tracking the loan pre-approval pipeline to guarantee prompt follow-ups and thorough organization.
- Arrange meetings, develop agendas, and oversee scheduling coordination amongst various internal teams.
- Act as the chief administrative contact, ensuring completion and accuracy of assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Anticipate executive needs, prioritize multiple competing requests, and adapt swiftly within a dynamic environment.
- Undertake extra administrative and operational duties as needed to support business objectives.
Position Details
- This is a full-time role with opportunities for overtime based on business requirements.
- Includes a work schedule that requires one weekend day per month, with two weekdays off during that week.
- Applicants should be flexible to occasionally work outside standard hours to accommodate executive calendars.
- This position is fully remote, allowing work from any location in the U.S.
- Prior experience in mortgage or sales is not mandatory; however, excellent organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, and strong communication skills are essential.
- Ideal candidates are self-motivated, resourceful, highly organized, and capable of managing several priorities independently.
