Executive Assistant

Role Overview

HonorVet Technologies India is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant based in Mohali, Punjab, to work primarily during US night shift hours (Eastern Standard Time). The role demands an experienced professional to assist leadership by managing various business operations, performance analysis, and coordination activities within the US Staffing & Recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to senior management including business reporting and tracking of tasks.
• Evaluate recruiting metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate comprehensive business reports.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure prompt and efficient fulfillment of assigned responsibilities.
• Develop and deliver detailed daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
• Oversee ATS/CRM systems usage and propose enhancements for workflow efficiency.
• Contribute to documentation efforts including drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and streamlining workflows.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of two years' experience in roles such as Executive Assistant, Business Analyst, Operations, or Staffing Coordination.
• Strong analytical capabilities combined with adeptness in preparing reports and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and familiarity with AI-based tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
• Preferable experience working with applicant tracking and CRM platforms such as JobDiva, Bullhorn, CEIPAL, or Salesforce.
• Willingness and ability to work during US night shift timings.
