Overview

Key Duties
- Overseeing complex calendars and managing shifting priorities effectively
- Organizing meetings and executive leadership activities
- Tracking and executing essential business tasks
- Creating presentations, reports, and business correspondence
- Contributing to business improvement initiatives
- Engaging with stakeholders across various departments
- Managing travel arrangements and assisting with events
- Upholding strict confidentiality with sensitive information
Qualifications & Skills
- At least 3 to 5 years experience in a comparable support position
- Demonstrated expertise in managing diaries efficiently
- Exceptional organizational capabilities
- Strong skills in building professional relationships

- Experience within professional services or legal sectors is advantageous
