About the Role
This position is for an Executive Assistant who will support Partners, Associate Partners, and other senior leaders at KPMG. The role acts as a communication bridge between leadership and both internal teams and external contacts.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day calendar coordination for leaders, including meetings, appointments, and scheduling logistics.
- Arrange meetings end-to-end by organizing agendas or materials, booking rooms, and coordinating catering when needed.
- Take care of travel arrangements such as flight bookings, hotel reservations, and related travel documentation.
- Support multiple projects by tracking progress, collecting status updates, and following up on deadlines across departments.
- Manage communication on behalf of the leader(s), including emails, calls, and other routine correspondence.
- Prepare and review expense submissions, maintain receipt tracking, and ensure policy compliance.
- Update Rekonnect timesheets and provide approvals on internal platforms such as Converge, Rekonnect, Happay, and similar tools.
- Provide general administrative support, including seat booking, handling documents like SoW, and ordering office supplies.
Work Location and Schedule
The role is based in Gurgaon and follows a hybrid work model. Working hours are 11 AM to 8 PM.
