Mindrift, powered by Toloka — an established AI and machine learning data partner since 2014 — specializes in combining expert domain knowledge with advanced AI systems. Their latest initiative focuses on the Management Consulting sector, translating actual consulting engagements into structured learning environments tailored for AI. This project-based, individual contributor role is remote and aims to innovate how AI learns strategic business reasoning.

Key Responsibilities

• Create consulting project scenarios based on authentic engagement elements, including industry context, financial details, constraints, and conflicting data.
• Develop granular consulting tasks for AI agents that reflect real-world activities such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, and benchmarking.
• Design evaluation frameworks with grading criteria and golden standards to train and calibrate AI grading systems assessing output quality at scale.

Who Should Apply

We seek consultants with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm, including McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&. Applicants must demonstrate structured problem-solving, hypothesis-driven analysis, and the capability to convert vague issues into clear analytical deliverables. Strong attention to logical consistency, independent working ability, and proficiency in written English (B2 level or higher) are required. No advanced technical background is necessary as tool training will be provided.

Compensation Details

Participants can earn up to $60 per hour equivalent, contingent on contribution level and pace. Remuneration varies by project depending on complexity and required expertise. Other projects within the platform may have differing pay scales.
