Role Overview

This position is responsible for managing the complete operational flow of corporate events, brand activation campaigns, BTL initiatives, and experiential marketing assignments. The role calls for strong control over execution, coordination, and delivery across multiple moving parts.

Core Work Areas

• Handle end-to-end delivery of corporate events and on-ground brand activation activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and support partners to ensure timely availability of services and materials.
• Manage logistics, production requirements, manpower deployment, and field execution.
• Track budgets and timelines to keep projects within approved limits and schedules.
• Oversee compliance requirements and ensure smooth implementation at site level.
• Supervise experiential marketing and BTL campaign execution from planning through closure.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant should be a graduate and capable of managing event operations in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment. The role suits someone comfortable with vendor management, production coordination, and live event handling.
