About the Role
Join our team as an Event Manager at WUEST | Eventlocation Leipzig, working full-time on-site in Leipzig. This role involves orchestrating a range of events, including corporate and cultural gatherings, within a dynamic, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute various events from inception to completion.
- Liaise and coordinate with external service providers, business partners, and internal teams.
- Implement innovative concepts and enhance existing event formats to elevate guest experiences.
- Oversee event operations on the day to ensure smooth and successful execution.
Candidate Profile
- Holds a degree or vocational training in Event Management or an equivalent discipline.
- Possesses practical experience in event coordination and management.
- Demonstrates an organized, solution-focused working style along with readiness to assume responsibility.
- Exhibits creativity, excellent communication capabilities, and a team-oriented attitude.
