Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Event Coordinator to plan, organize, and oversee various events from start to finish. The candidate will take charge of coordinating with vendors and venues, managing budgets, arranging logistics, assisting with event promotions, and developing event communications to ensure that every event runs seamlessly.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant is a graduate with 1 to 4 years of experience in event planning or coordination. Strong capabilities in organizing, vendor relationship management, and effective communication are essential. Proficiency in MS Office tools and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently are also required to succeed in this role.
