Job Overview

The Equipment Tracking Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the location and movement of the company's equipment through tracking technologies like GPS and RFID. This role ensures equipment availability and safeguards assets against loss or improper use.

Primary Duties

• Constantly monitor and update equipment location information within tracking systems.
• Generate periodic reports detailing the usage and transfer of equipment.
• Collaborate with various departments to allocate equipment as per requirements.
• Ensure equipment maintenance schedules are followed to keep assets in working order.
• Document and report equipment losses or malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
• Keep precise and up-to-date records of all assets and equipment.
