Role Overview

An expanding pre-IPO technology multinational is growing its Dublin-based inside sales team and is looking for an Enterprise Inside Sales Specialist focused on the UK market. The role offers a €70,000 base salary, €100,000 uncapped OTE, and benefits. The team works from Dublin North with a hybrid setup requiring three days per week in the office.

This position is suited to someone with strong experience in complex technology sales who enjoys pursuing larger enterprise deals and wants to contribute to a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

Create new business opportunities through outbound calling, email outreach, and follow-up on marketing-generated leads.
Build relationships with senior decision-makers, including C-level stakeholders in enterprise technology accounts.
Guide prospects through a solution-selling conversation by connecting product features and business benefits to their specific needs.
Partner closely with regional sales colleagues to support the broader sales effort.
Show consistent sales performance, ownership of targets, and the ability to use a range of selling methods successfully.

Required Background

Native-level English communication skills are required.
A proven record of success in B2B business development or inside sales, specifically within the UK market.
Experience handling complex technology sales and larger-value deals is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary of €70,000.
On-target earnings of €100,000 with uncapped commission potential.

Work Setup
