Curriculum and Experience

The College offers the International Baccalaureate Diploma program. While prior experience with the IB curriculum is preferred, it is not mandatory. Both seasoned professionals and new teachers are welcome to apply, with the latter benefiting from an excellent Provisional Certificated Teacher (PCT) programme.

Additional Contributions

Staff are also expected to engage actively in the school's wide range of extracurricular activities, contributing beyond classroom responsibilities.

Compensation and Employment Terms

Employment conditions and salary will comply with the Secondary Teachers’ Collective Agreement (STCA) as governed by the Ministry of Education's Salary Assessment Unit. Annual salaries range from NZD 64119 to NZD 107886, contingent upon qualifications and experience. Work hours will align with those stipulated by the STCA.
