Engineering Account Manager

Job Summary

This role is for an experienced engineering professional who can oversee important client accounts and support large-scale infrastructure work. You will serve as the main technical contact for the projects assigned to you, helping maintain strong service standards, effective coordination with stakeholders, and consistent operational results.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain technical working relationships with key stakeholders and project teams.
• Organize engineering work across several departments to keep delivery on track.
• Examine technical paperwork, project outputs, and engineering submissions for accuracy and completeness.
• Track project progress and look for ways to improve performance.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and offer continuing expert guidance.
• Draft management updates, performance reviews, and action-oriented recommendations.
• Support the growth of junior engineers through mentoring and knowledge transfer.
• Make sure work follows quality, safety, and internal corporate requirements.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related field is required.
• Substantial background in technical account management or delivery of engineering projects is needed.
• Strong abilities in leadership, communication, and stakeholder handling are essential.
• Proven experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams is expected.
