About the Role
Are you driven to help individuals with disabilities find meaningful employment that can transform their lives? We are seeking a dedicated Employment Consultant to join our Inclusive Employment Australia Program at our Yanchep, Western Australia location.

Key Responsibilities
- Support participants with disabilities in preparing for, obtaining, and retaining sustainable employment.
- Enhance participants' confidence by helping them recognize their strengths and overcome challenges.
- Develop innovative solutions to tackle employment barriers, ensuring participants have the necessary tools and support.
- Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace accommodations.
- Celebrate successes, both large and small, with participants.
- Build and maintain relationships with employers committed to diversity and inclusion.
Candidate Profile
- A passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, believing every individual deserves equal opportunities.
- A skilled communicator who can confidently engage with stakeholders and create opportunities for participants.
- Innovative and solutions-oriented with experience in creating pathways to success.
- Compassionate with a strong desire to make a positive impact on others' lives.
- Experience in sales, retail, call centers, hospitality, consulting, business development, or administration is advantageous.

Requirements
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
- Valid driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle.
- Possession of a MyGovID at the Standard level.
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check.
- Ability to pass a Working with Children Check.
- Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
