APM is seeking an Employment Consultant for its Workforce Australia program at the Alice Springs, Northern Territory site. The role is focused on helping people prepare for work, secure suitable employment, and build sustainable career pathways that can positively change lives.

What you will do
You will work with Workforce Australia participants to help them prepare for, secure, and keep meaningful employment. The role involves identifying strengths, building confidence, removing barriers, and offering creative support to improve job outcomes.
You will also advocate for inclusive hiring and workplace adjustments, celebrate placement successes, and build strong relationships with businesses that value diversity and inclusion.

Requirements
You must be eligible to work in Australia, hold a current driver’s licence, and have access to a comprehensively insured vehicle. A Standard MyGovID is required, and you must be willing to complete a National Police Check and pass a Working with Children Check. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
