Role Overview

This role entails conducting workplace investigations within the Forensic & Investigation Services team. The employee will handle multiple assignments, assisting senior professionals with workplace, protected disclosure, and trust in care investigations.

Key Duties

  • Supporting workplace and protected disclosure investigations under supervision of lead investigators, legal experts, or project managers.
  • Organizing and participating in interviews with involved parties.
  • Compiling evidence summaries, investigation reports, and other materials for review by project leads.
  • Managing and coordinating multiple investigation cases comprehensively.
  • Assisting with business development tasks such as tender preparation, marketing efforts, and client presentations when needed.
  • Mentoring and aiding junior team members.
  • Helping with financial aspects including forecasting, invoicing, debtor oversight, work-in-progress tracking, and budget control.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should possess qualifications in business, human resources, or related areas. Essential abilities include strong multitasking, meticulous written communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a positive proactive attitude. Experience in HR, particularly employee relations or employment law, is advantageous. Additional credentials such as postgraduate certifications in employment law, report writing experience, and prior workplace investigations knowledge are desirable.
