Job description
About the Role
We are inviting an experienced ELV/ICT Inspector to contribute to a significant data centre project in the eastern region of Riyadh. This role involves ensuring that all Extra Low Voltage (ELV) and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) tasks are performed strictly following approved design documents, specifications, and applicable codes and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections and oversee ELV and ICT installations including structured cabling, CCTV, access control, and communication infrastructure.
- Ensure all works align with approved drawings, specifications, and uphold high-quality project standards.
- Liaise effectively with contractors, consultants, and on-site project teams to maintain coordination.
- Review and validate method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and material submissions.
- Detect and document any non-compliance issues and verify that corrective measures are promptly applied.
- Generate comprehensive inspection reports and keep detailed records of site activities.
- Support enforcement of quality assurance protocols and health & safety regulations on site.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of five years’ experience in ELV/ICT inspection on sizable construction undertakings.
- Mandatory registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
- Proven background in data centre, industrial, or mission-critical project environments is strongly preferred.
- In-depth understanding of ELV/ICT systems, relevant standards, and auditing methodologies.
- Capability to operate efficiently within a dynamic and fast-moving construction site setting.
- Effective communication and documentation skills.
