Job Overview

We are looking for skilled and enthusiastic Maintenance professionals who excel in delivering exceptional customer service and innovative solutions for guests. This opportunity is located at Park Rotana & Park Arjaan hotels in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain all mechanical, electrical (M&E), and HVAC systems within the hotel, prioritizing health and safety standards.
• Carry out maintenance and repair tasks on mechanical and electrical heating and ventilation equipment to ensure continuous, safe, and efficient hotel operations.
• Repair and upkeep mains and domestic single and three-phase distribution systems, including all lighting and in-house power installations and appliances.
• Provide support for emergency systems such as fire alarms, lighting, battery backups, standby power systems, and generators.
• Manage control systems associated with M&E equipment such as televisions, hair dryers, shaver sockets, and guest and service lifts.
• Interpret blueprints or sketches to identify wiring and equipment locations ensuring compliance with building and safety codes.
• Employ various tools and equipment including power construction tools, measuring instruments, power tools, oscilloscopes, ammeters, and test lamps.

Qualifications and Skills

• Qualified Electrician with a diploma in electro-technical services and a general high school or college qualification.
• Proven expertise in operating and maintaining electrical equipment.
• Good command of English essential.
• Strong fault diagnosis and system repair capabilities.
