Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct theoretical and hands-on technical training sessions in electrical engineering.
• Evaluate trainee performance, provide certifications where applicable.
• Oversee and guide trainees through practical activities with coaching support.
• Organize training timetables and manage necessary resources, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure the upkeep and readiness of training facilities and gear.
• Continually revise and enhance training programs and instructional methods.
• Adhere strictly to quality, safety protocols, and management standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Certified in Train the Trainer (TTT) programs.
• At least five years of professional electrical engineering experience.
• Preferably has background in education, training, or learning development roles.
• Hands-on knowledge with Medium Voltage (MV) or High Voltage (HV) electrical systems is mandatory.
• Proficient communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential.
