Role Overview
As a Kérastase Educator, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the expertise and performance of our salon partners. Reporting directly to the National Education Manager, your mission is to inspire and empower hairstyling professionals via top-tier training focused on Kérastase's premium products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging in-person and virtual training sessions, ranging from academy courses to salon-based product demonstrations, ensuring our partners stay ahead of hair trends.
- Work in partnership with Business Consultants to design and implement customized education strategies that boost salon retail and service income.
- Serve as a vibrant brand ambassador by organizing educational events and brand animations that showcase Kérastase's luxury and innovation.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with salon partners, offering expert guidance and coaching to foster business growth.
Candidate Profile
- You are passionate and charismatic, with a strong affinity for the hairdressing sector and a focus on results.
- Experienced in crafting and presenting captivating educational materials that promote learning and engagement.
- Possess strategic business insight, recognizing the connection between education and commercial outcomes, and adept at promoting educational initiatives to meet goals.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively, with an ability to simplify technical details and build trusting salon relationships.
- Prioritize client and salon success, ensuring their needs are central to your efforts.
- Adapt swiftly to changing conditions and collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams.
