Our centre, located centrally in Isle of Capri, Queensland, accommodates up to 44 children ranging from six weeks to six years old. Role Overview

We seek expressions of interest from educators wishing to join our team at Isle of Capri as our enrolment grows. This role involves working collaboratively with families and colleagues to deliver exceptional early learning experiences that nurture each child’s strengths, interests, and developmental progress in a safe, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere.

Candidate Profile

• Possess or be working towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Hold current First Aid, CPR, and Asthma/Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Have a paid Working with Children Blue Card.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational ability to prioritize workload effectively.
• Show creativity and innovative thinking.
• Maintain a positive, enthusiastic, and approachable personality.
• Demonstrate a passion for early childhood education and an understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Ability to build strong relationships through verbal and written communication.

Working Hours

Availability is required from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
