Within this innovative and expanding framework, Italiacamp seeks an accomplished Education & Training Manager for the Dubai Hub. This role will directly support the General Manager of Italiacamp EMEA FZCO in advancing the strategic growth and operational effectiveness of education and training initiatives based in the UAE.

Primary Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision and service design for the Education & Training business line, including market analysis, target clientele identification, and prioritization of development areas.
• Drive business growth by scouting opportunities, contributing to client recruitment, and managing the financial success of the education portfolio against operational targets.
• Establish and nurture alliances with Italian academic entities, training providers, certification organizations, and local partners to position the Hub as a conduit between Italian know-how and the regional market.
• Manage the Learning Centre, ensuring development and delivery of premium training programs focused on leadership, interpersonal skills, and other strategic subjects that align with business objectives and market requirements.
• Promote educational and commercial initiatives that transform training engagements into valuable networking, business matching, and market entry opportunities, reinforcing connections between Italian institutions and regional stakeholders.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in establishing, growing, or scaling education, training, or knowledge service operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with the capacity to convert concepts into viable market offerings.
• Experience in managing partnerships spanning academic, institutional, and corporate stakeholders.
• Excellent skills in communication, organization, and project oversight.
• Proficiency in English and Italian at a high (C1) level, both spoken and written; Arabic language skills would be an added advantage.
