About the Role
We are excited to offer a rewarding position with a leading professional development and learning organisation based in Dublin 2. The Education & Learning Programme Manager will be responsible for overseeing and facilitating the smooth execution of professional education programmes. This role acts as the main contact for members throughout their education journey—from registration until graduation—guaranteeing a high-quality experience at each phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations and delivery of professional development programmes.
- Assist members during their programme journey by providing advice, support, and answering inquiries.
- Handle the organisation of registrations, programme schedules, learning materials, assessments, and graduation processes.
- Collaborate with tutors, speakers, and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of programmes.
- Keep accurate records of programmes and track member progress consistently.
- Work jointly with different teams to ensure members have an exceptional experience.
- Suggest and implement improvements to processes and the overall delivery of programmes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing programmes related to training, education, or member services.
- Strong organisational capabilities paired with excellent communication skills.
- A consistent member- or customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with robust administrative competencies.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM or learning management systems (LMS).
