About the Role
Indo European Study Abroad invites applications for the position of Education Counsellor at their Chandigarh branch. This role demands an individual with at least three years of relevant experience in the study abroad sector and a genuine enthusiasm for assisting students in pursuing international education.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to students concerning study abroad programs, available universities, and various destination countries.
- Assist students throughout the admission process, ensuring proper application completion and document handling.
- Liaise with admissions and visa departments to facilitate seamless application procedures.
- Follow up with potential students to convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Keep detailed and accurate records within the CRM system.
- Meet monthly counselling and admission goals.
- Continuously update knowledge on university criteria and visa regulations.
Candidate Requirements
- At least three years of professional experience in the study abroad industry.
- Exceptional communication and counselling capabilities.
- In-depth understanding of overseas admissions and visa application procedures.
- Ability to perform effectively in a target-oriented workplace.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications and CRM platforms.
Additional Information
- Location: Chandigarh.
- Industry: Study Abroad / Overseas Education.
- Salary: Between ₹30,000 and ₹50,000 monthly, dependent on experience and performance.
- Working Days: Monday through Saturday (six days per week).
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
