About the Role
We are a UK-based website and SEO specialist firm expanding our team and seeking a highly creative, intelligent, and flexible Ecommerce Assistant to enhance our ecommerce operations remotely from India.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule posts across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Coordinate influencer outreach efforts and maintain collaboration records.
- Design and execute email campaigns to engage the audience.
- Create, edit, and refine blog and ecommerce-related content.
- Edit video reels and short clips for social media use.
- Develop graphics and posts using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and CapCut.
- Utilize AI technologies like ChatGPT, Claude AI, Canva AI, and Photoroom for content creation and efficiency.
- Support diverse ecommerce-related tasks as needed to assist business growth.
Candidate Requirements
- MBA degree is mandatory.
- Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 8.
- At least 4 years of professional experience.
- Minimum 4 years specializing in ecommerce, social media, or content-related roles.
- Robust portfolio showcasing social media posts, reels/videos, and ecommerce or lifestyle creative work.
- Excellent command of English communication, both written and verbal.
- Solid understanding of current social media trends and modern content strategies.
- Highly organized, dependable, and able to multitask across varied responsibilities.
- Availability during UK business hours; must work with tracking software and remain on live webcam during office hours.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Meta/Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads platforms.
- Familiarity with Shopify ecommerce platform.
- Basic SEO knowledge.
- Experience using Klaviyo or similar email marketing tools.
