O-100 is a distinguished niche brand specializing in luxury fragrances, known for its exclusive and thoughtfully curated brand portfolio. As part of its aggressive expansion plans, building a premier e-commerce operation is a top priority.
Role Overview
The E-commerce Manager will spearhead the digital transformation and scaling of O-100’s online retail platform. This position demands visionary leadership, strategic prowess, and in-depth knowledge of digital commerce including SEO, Google Ads, mobile app deployments, and digital marketing within the luxury retail sector.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and drive a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with ambitious growth targets.
- Manage daily operations and ongoing optimization of the e-commerce website.
- Plan, implement, and refine digital marketing initiatives involving SEO, Google promotional campaigns, and performance marketing techniques.
- Lead the development and launch of a mobile application aimed at elevating customer engagement and experience.
- Identify and implement opportunities to boost customer satisfaction, improve conversion, and enhance online sales figures.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, branding, IT, and retail teams to ensure smooth multi-channel integration.
- Design detailed digital marketing roadmaps reflecting O-100’s overarching strategic vision.
- Analyze consumer trends and market data to guide strategic decision-making and improve platform effectiveness.
- Oversee budget management, forecasting, and allocation of resources within e-commerce operations.
- Ensure digital assets reflect the brand’s premium positioning in content, visuals, and user experience.
- Manage logistics aspects including efficient order fulfillment, inventory oversight, and last-mile delivery solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years’ experience in managing and scaling e-commerce platforms, preferably within luxury retail or fragrance segments.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, Google Ads, analytics, and enhancing customer journey and platform performance.
- Experience with mobile app implementation and management.
- Entrepreneurial drive coupled with strategic and operational execution abilities.
- Strong analytical capabilities and aptitude for data-informed business decisions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills across diverse teams.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
- Applicants must reside in or be willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
