Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated E-Commerce Executive to oversee and manage online sales activities across various e-commerce platforms for Kalpataru Super Bazar. The candidate will be responsible for updating product listings, maintaining accurate product information, processing customer orders, and ensuring smooth online operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and handle sales on e-commerce channels effectively.
• Upload and regularly update product details including pricing, descriptions, and images on the website.
• Process orders and track their fulfillment accurately.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock availability updates.
• Respond to customer queries and resolve issues related to online purchases.
• Analyze website performance and track online sales metrics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate promotional campaigns and product offers.
• Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain records of all online transactions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online sales operations.
• Proficient computer skills combined with good communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and competence in multitasking.
• Prior experience in managing website product listings is beneficial but not mandatory.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly salary ranging between 18000 to 20000 INR.
