Dynamics 365 Business Analyst (Source to Pay)

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Business Analyst specialized in Source-to-Pay (S2P) procedures to join our team. The selected candidate will play an integral role managing and improving business processes within the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in detailed business analysis including requirement gathering and documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Design Documents (FDD).
• Conduct process mapping and fit-gap analysis to ensure system configurations meet organizational needs.
• Collaborate extensively with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, and IT departments to align system capabilities with business objectives.
• Support the implementation of the Dynamics 365 solutions, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) facilitation and documentation management.
• Deliver user training and strive to optimize end-to-end Source-to-Pay business workflows effectively.

Candidate Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in business analysis functions, specifically within Source-to-Pay or Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform.
