Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Dual Diagnosis Mental Health Nurse to become a vital member of the Homeless Rough Sleepers Nursing team within Somerset NHS Foundation Trust. This award-winning team specializes in caring for vulnerable populations with complex health needs.

The nurse will deliver adaptable, outreach-based face-to-face support aimed at challenging-to-reach and hard-to-engage patients who experience severe, ongoing substance misuse alongside mental health disorders.
