Compensation

The expected pay range for this role is $75,000 to $125,000+ per year.

What You Will Do

• Work independently to diagnose issues and resolve them quickly and efficiently.
• Respond to customer questions, troubleshoot problems, handle service call-outs, and prepare estimates.
• Use a camera to inspect drain lines and identify blockage or drainage concerns.
• Install, maintain, clean, and repair drain systems.
• Inspect and test plumbing and drainage systems for safety, proper operation, and water quality.

What We Need From You

• At least 3 years of experience as a drain technician or plumbing helper in residential plumbing.
• Hands-on experience with jetters and camera inspection equipment.
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn new techniques.
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle check, background screening, and drug test.
• Excellent customer service, along with honesty, dependability, and reliability.
• Good physical dexterity for field work.
