Role overview
This position is for a documentation and back-office support executive in an FMCG setup handled through third-party payroll. The role is based in Pimpri-Chinchwad, with occasional travel to Chakan when required. The employer is looking for an immediate joiner, and the role is intended for a male candidate.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and issue invoices, bills, and related client documents with accuracy and within required timelines.
- Follow internal rules and procedures to keep invoicing, billing, and documentation compliant.
- Keep files and records neatly organised, including scanned copies of original documents.
- Work with other teams to identify and fix mismatches or concerns in billing and invoice records.
- Handle routine administrative work such as data entry, scanning documents, and filing paperwork.
Eligibility
Candidates must hold a B.Com degree in any specialization. The employer has specified a preference for male candidates and immediate availability.
Working location
The base location is Pimpri-Chinchwad. The candidate should also be prepared to visit Chakan whenever business needs require it.
Compensation
The offered salary is in the range of INR 20,000 to 25,000 per month, which corresponds to an annual package of INR 200,000 to 250,000.
