Key Responsibilities

Recruit, guide, and develop an energetic group of store managers and associates, fostering a culture of empowerment and achievement.
Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to cultivate recognition and continuous improvement among team members.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years experience as a district manager within retail, hospitality, or the beauty industry.
Proven ability to coach teams successfully to exceed sales goals and create high-performance teams.
Competence in managing facility operations including scheduling and compliance with standards.
