Overview
This role redefines the conventional legal secretary position by adapting it to the realities of modern legal workflows. As a Disputes Operations Associate, you will manage all non-billable aspects of ongoing dispute cases such as tracking deadlines, handling correspondence, preparing filings, assembling bundles, coordinating billing, and providing client updates. This enables lawyers to concentrate solely on tasks that require their legal expertise.
The unique aspect of this position is the central use of AI tools as your main operational resource rather than a peripheral aid.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all administrative and organizational tasks related to active dispute files.
- Maintain deadlines and handle all related correspondence.
- Prepare legal filings and compile bundles for cases.
- Coordinate billing processes and keep clients informed about case progress.
