Key Responsibilities

• Managing goods disposition and ensuring delivery capability so that everything arrives timely and accurately
• Handling order processing end to end
• Planning vehicle fleet and freight forwarding deployments to maintain oversight
• Serving as the communication hub between customers, drivers, and freight companies
• Organizing the flow of goods to guarantee smooth operations

Candidate Profile

• Completed commercial training with strong grasp of numbers and processes
• Previous experience in disposition, freight forwarding or similar fields is advantageous but not mandatory
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks even under pressure
• Flexible and resilient to face challenges confidently
• Structured and independent working style with proactive problem identification and resolution
• Proficient German language skills, both written and spoken, for effective business communication
