About the Role

A USA-based logistics trucking company, United Fleet Transport, is recruiting motivated individuals for dispatcher roles in Batumi, Georgia. Candidates need not have prior work experience but should possess at least intermediate English proficiency (B2 level). Paid training is provided to equip candidates with necessary skills.

Work Schedule and Location

The position requires full-time onsite work from Batumi office, operating Monday through Friday between 16:00 and 01:00 to cover U.S. time zones.

Compensation and Growth

The remuneration package offers a base salary of $500 plus commission, alongside additional bonuses ranging from $1,000 to $3,000. Rapid learning enables new hires to generate significant income within 2-3 weeks while developing an international career in financial logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating the transit of cargo vans, box trucks, and sprinter vans across multiple routes in the United States.
• Maintaining communication with drivers and brokers to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
• Booking, assigning loads, and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Resolving operational challenges in real time and documenting schedules, loads, and delivery statuses accurately.
• Engaging in sales-related activities as part of the dispatch process.

Required Qualifications

• Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced problem-solving environment.
• Basic computer literacy including Excel and Google Sheets; experience with dispatch software is advantageous.
• Willingness to work flexible hours aligned with U.S. time zones.
• Commitment to work from the Batumi office Monday to Friday between 16:00 and 01:00.
• No prior dispatch experience necessary; comprehensive training available.
