Role Overview

As a Dishwasher, you play a vital support role in the kitchen by ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and safety of all dishware, cookware, and kitchen equipment. Your efforts help maintain an organized environment conducive to quality meal service and the well-being of residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations efficiently
• Operate dishwashing machinery following manufacturer guidelines
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware thoroughly
• Keep accurate logs of temperature and sanitation for compliance
• Perform daily and weekly cleaning tasks as scheduled
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and food preparation areas regularly
• Assist with storage processes including labeling and rotation of supplies
• Adhere strictly to OSHA and food safety regulations at all times
• Support dining service tasks as needed

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers an hourly pay range from 17 to 21.75 AUD.
