Overview
Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. manufactures globally renowned golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, along with side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care, and ground support equipment. Our products serve diverse environments including golf courses, factories, airports, residential communities, theme parks, and hunting preserves.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic supply chain initiatives encompassing sourcing, procurement, and material availability to maintain production continuity with a 'clear-to-build' approach.
- Promote a culture centered on accountability and consistent operational stability.
- Apply advanced cost and price analysis along with negotiation expertise to secure optimal value.
- Ensure outstanding talent development and proper staffing to surpass both strategic and tactical business objectives.
- Implement common best practices to enhance supply chain planning visibility and efficiency.
- Formulate and execute integrated supply chain strategies to safeguard long-term production stream viability and contract performance excellence.
- Collaborate effectively to deliver superior internal customer service to key stakeholders and departments.
- Establish standard operating procedures, performance metrics, and guiding principles for the supply chain organization.
- Oversee inventory management, material flow, and logistics between suppliers, manufacturing plants, and customers to meet delivery targets and minimize manufacturing disruptions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years experience, including supervising procurement contracts or managing procurement teams, with expertise in contract administration and drafting.
- Proficient with purchase order transaction software such as SAP or equivalent systems.

Schedule: Full-time, first shift
Travel Requirements: Approximately 15% travel expected
