Role Overview

This full-time remote leadership position is centered on driving major cross-functional programs that support Anchorage Digital’s strategic priorities. The Director of Program Management will guide how initiatives are planned, ranked, and delivered across product, engineering, operations, and compliance teams. The role requires building clear program plans, coordinating timelines and milestones, managing interdependencies, and monitoring progress against key success measures. It also includes working closely with senior leaders on staffing and budget alignment, improving communication across stakeholders, and identifying risks early so they can be addressed effectively.

• Set direction for complex programs and ensure they align with company objectives.
• Build and maintain program roadmaps, schedules, milestones, and dependency maps.
• Track program health using measurable performance indicators and delivery metrics.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in program and project management, especially in leading large initiatives that span multiple teams. Strong leadership, strategic planning, budgeting, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving skills are essential. Experience in technology, fintech, or financial services is preferred, particularly in environments involving digital assets or regulated operations. A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related area is expected, and advanced education or certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or Agile credentials are advantageous.
