Role responsibilities

Requirements

• At least 20 years of experience in operations or management is required.
• Prior exposure to finance, fintech, banking, investment, digital assets, technology, or similar sectors is preferred.
• Strong background in operations management, process optimization, and team coordination.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, problem-solving, and execution capability.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex business activities.
• High level of accountability and comfort working in a fast-moving environment.
