About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Housekeeping to lead operations at a prestigious luxury lifestyle hotel in Doha, Qatar. The hotel is renowned for its blend of heritage architecture and modern luxury, featuring exquisite guest rooms, diverse dining venues, event spaces, and a private members club. This department head role requires a proactive leader who values excellence, motivates their team, and upholds the highest standards in guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and inspiration to the Housekeeping team to maintain exceptional cleanliness and service standards in all guest rooms and public areas.
• Ensure compliance with luxury hospitality protocols and Forbes Travel Guide standards throughout the hotel.
• Supervise daily operational activities including staff scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Manage departmental resources such as inventory and budgets, implementing cost controls while preserving high quality.
• Work collaboratively with other hotel departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Lead training initiatives, foster team engagement, and promote a culture focused on continual improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Demonstrated senior leadership experience in housekeeping within luxury hotel environments.
• Thorough familiarity with Forbes Travel Guide standards and upscale hospitality service requirements.
