Role Overview
Join a prominent financial services company that provides comprehensive trading, investment, and advisory services across diverse asset classes, supported by advanced technological platforms and an extensive branch network.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers who have started their loan applications.
- Assist clients throughout the Know Your Customer (KYC) process and required documentation.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain consistent follow-up on loan applications pending approval.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers.
- Convert potential leads into finalized loan issuances.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate degree preferred.
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, banking, NBFCs, fintech, BPO, or relationship management sectors.
- A customer-centric approach with a focus on achieving targets.
