Job Overview
We are seeking a resourceful and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to design, implement, and enhance online marketing campaigns. The role encompasses managing social media channels, developing paid advertising strategies, creating diverse content, and utilizing analytics for optimized lead generation and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and oversee digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Administer social media presences including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Develop compelling content such as graphics, videos, reels, blog posts, and marketing copy.
- Implement and refine paid advertisements on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Drive effective lead generation using multifaceted digital strategies.
- Manage SEO and SEM practices to enhance website search visibility.
- Track website traffic and campaign effectiveness through Google Analytics and relevant marketing tools.
- Collaborate with sales to synchronize lead management and follow-up processes.
- Perform competitive market analysis and stay informed of industry trends.
- Coordinate email and WhatsApp marketing efforts.
- Create monthly content schedules and strategic marketing plans.
- Work together with graphic and video teams to develop promotional materials.
- Evaluate key performance indicators and generate detailed campaign reports.
- Ensure consistent application of brand standards across digital channels.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Proficiency in social media marketing.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM techniques.
- Competence in Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with email marketing strategies.
- Strong content creation and marketing capabilities.
- Lead generation expertise.
- Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
- Video marketing skills.
- Copywriting proficiency.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related disciplines is preferred. Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing are ideal, though strong fresh candidates are welcomed. Certifications such as Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other digital marketing qualifications will be considered an advantage.
