Digital Marketing Executive

Position Overview

This role is for a Trainee Media Buyer / Performance Marketing Executive based in Mohali. The position falls under the Performance Marketing / Media Buying department and is ideal for fresh MBA graduates in Marketing from the 2025/2026 batch with little to no prior work experience but some theoretical knowledge or digital marketing internships.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Contribute to planning, launching, and monitoring performance marketing efforts across various channels including display, mobile apps, and video traffic.
• Continuously analyze campaign key performance indicators such as Cost Per Install (CPI), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and Cost Per Mille (CPM) to enhance return on investment and scale campaigns effectively.
• Engage in A/B testing involving creative elements like imagery, copy, layout, and headlines to identify top-performing ad variations and target segmentation.
• Develop skills in programmatic media buying by operating within DSP and SSP platforms to select quality long-tail sites and premium advertising supply channels.
• Prepare and present comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights to support senior media buyers and stakeholders.

Eligibility

Applicants should be fresh graduates currently pursuing or completed an MBA in Marketing in the 2025/2026 batch with strong theoretical knowledge or relevant internship experience in digital marketing.

Compensation

The monthly salary range offered for this role is between 15,000 and 65,000 INR.
