Role Overview

As the Digital Director, you will lead and ensure top-tier delivery for our clientele by crafting and implementing innovative communication strategies within the digital space.

• Manage client relationships, expectations, project timelines, and budgets both internally and externally.
• Provide strategic recommendations built on a deep understanding of client business contexts, industry trends, and market categories.
• Delegate tasks to direct reports while fostering their professional development through coaching and guidance.
• Engage actively in new business pitches, contributing from ideation through to reporting phases.

Skills and Experience

• Minimum of six years’ hands-on experience within digital media agencies, particularly with planning and buying expertise.
• Strong grasp of digital media fundamentals and strategic planning across multiple channels.
• Previous leadership or management experience is advantageous.
• Capacity to challenge perspectives constructively across internal teams, clients, and creative agencies.
• Proven problem-solving skills along with the ability to mentor and nurture a positive, collaborative agency culture.
