Role overview

The Digital Content Designer will produce refined, high-performing digital creative for both LTF and its clients. This position goes well beyond basic template-based design and calls for strong visual judgement, solid design fundamentals, and advanced video editing capability.

You will take raw footage, campaign briefs, and brand guidelines and turn them into premium assets that are clear, polished, and commercially effective. The output will support organic social, paid media, websites, landing pages, email marketing, pitch decks, client presentations, display advertising, and video campaigns.

The role partners closely with Paid Media, SEO, CRO, Client Services, and the wider Creative team to make sure every asset serves a specific purpose, whether that is brand building, conversion, scroll-stopping impact, improved click-through rates, or stronger website performance.

Core responsibilities

  • Create high-quality visual assets for websites, landing pages, paid campaigns, organic social, email marketing, display banners, and presentations.
  • Apply strong principles of layout, typography, spacing, hierarchy, and brand consistency across all creative output.
  • Develop premium, modern creative that is suitable for pharmaceutical, aesthetics, dental, and healthcare audiences.
  • Edit video to a professional standard using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
  • Produce short-form content for Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and paid social ads.
  • Create longer-form website videos, treatment explainers, patient education pieces, clinician introductions, and campaign videos.
  • Enhance edits with captions, motion graphics, transitions, music, colour grading, audio balancing, and branded visual elements.
  • Go beyond basic template editing and elevate footage into polished, performance-ready content.
  • Design animated graphics, text treatments, logo motion, transitions, and other campaign visuals.
  • Use motion graphics to improve engagement, retention, and clarity across social and paid media assets.
  • Build email marketing creative including newsletters, campaign emails, and promotional layouts that support readability, brand consistency, and click-through performance.
  • Design banners, homepage sections, treatment page visuals, landing page graphics, and supporting website content blocks.
  • Collaborate with CRO, SEO, and development teams so creative supports user experience, conversion, and search performance.
  • Produce performance-led creative for Meta Ads, Google Ads, display advertising, and retargeting activity.
  • Create multiple variations for testing different hooks, layouts, formats, and messages.
  • Design polished pitch decks, strategy presentations, client review packs, and internal documents.
  • Turn complex ideas into clear and visually engaging slides.
  • Support the new business and client services teams with professional presentation assets.
  • Create website videos that improve engagement and conversion, including homepage videos, explainer content, clinician introductions, patient journey videos, and educational resources.
  • Maintain organised timelines, editing schedules, file structures, and asset libraries.
  • Support LTF’s own marketing needs across social, website, sales, and recruitment creative.
  • Work from client brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual work.
  • Partner with Paid Media Managers to test, refine, and improve creative performance.
  • Stay up to date with trends in video editing, social design, motion graphics, AI creative tools, and digital ad formats.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in digital design, content design, creative production, or a closely related role.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating both design work and video editing capability.
  • Advanced editing ability in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar design software.
  • Experience creating creative for social media, paid ads, websites, and email campaigns.
  • Experience building presentation decks and client-facing documents.
  • Awareness of Meta Ads creative best practices is an advantage.
  • Background in aesthetics, dental, healthcare, beauty, or wellness is helpful but not essential.
  • Experience with photography, filming, or editing shoot footage would be beneficial.
  • Commercial thinking, strong organisation, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote team.
