Role Overview
This position combines dietetic consultation and front desk responsibilities at a gym, aiming to support clients' fitness goals and deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Body Composition Analysis for gym members to assess their physical status.
- Develop personalized diet and nutrition plans aligned with each client’s fitness objectives.
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure adherence to the prescribed diet plans.
- Welcome and assist gym visitors, addressing program inquiries effectively.
- Explain detailed program offerings to prospective clients and facilitate their introduction to the coaching staff.
- Summarize and present membership packages tailored to client interests, aiming to close sales.
- Record and update client contact and body composition details in the management system.
- Conduct follow-ups to encourage sales conversion and client enrollment.
- Strive to meet or exceed sales targets to qualify for incentives.
- Support social media marketing initiatives to enhance gym visibility.
- Collect client feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer experience.
Work Conditions
- Work hours are scheduled from 5 PM to 9 PM daily.
- A probation period of three months with a salary of 9,000 INR, increasing to 10,500 INR post-probation.
