Role Overview

An experienced DevSecOps Trainer is required to lead practical, industry-relevant training sessions covering DevOps, cloud, security, and platform engineering concepts. This role calls for strong hands-on exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, cloud platforms, and DevSecOps automation.

The trainer should be able to teach learners through labs, real projects, and current best practices, while also supporting their interview readiness, certification preparation, and career development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct instructor-led training in both online and offline formats for DevSecOps topics.
• Build and refresh course material in line with current industry practices and trends.
• Run practical labs and guide learners through real-world project work.
• Teach secure CI/CD pipeline design and implementation.
• Prepare students and professionals for DevOps and DevSecOps interviews and certifications.
• Develop assignments, evaluations, and capstone-style projects.
• Support learners in cloud deployment concepts and production-ready architecture design.
• Offer resume help, interview coaching, and broader career guidance.

Required Skills

• Linux system administration
• Version control with Git and GitHub
• Containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
• CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI
• Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Automation with Ansible
• Cloud platform experience across AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Helm chart management
• GitOps workflows with ArgoCD
• Monitoring and visualization with Prometheus and Grafana
• Logging and observability tools such as ELK Stack, Loki, and OpenTelemetry
• Security practices including SAST, DAST, SCA, secrets management, OWASP Top 10, Kubernetes security, and IAM least-privilege controls
