A leading premium home appliance company based in Accra, Ghana, is seeking an accomplished Development Manager to spearhead business growth, establish strategic partnerships, and broaden market presence locally and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business expansion initiatives and identify new market opportunities.
- Establish and nurture robust distribution networks and partnerships.
- Position and promote premium brands effectively within competitive markets.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Minimum of five years' experience in business development or sales, preferably with premium or luxury products.
- Excellent negotiation, strategic planning, and relationship management skills.
- Well-connected within retail, corporate, or distribution channels in Ghana.
- Academic qualifications include a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is advantageous.
