Crodox is looking for a Developer Advocate to serve as the connection point between the company and the engineers it builds for. The position blends technical depth with outward-facing communication, helping developers quickly understand the product, see its value, and engage through content, conversations, and code.

Crodox is a compiler-based platform for isolating code components into separate repositories and merging changes back smoothly. It is designed to support easier scaling, faster onboarding, safer outsourcing, fewer merge conflicts, stronger protection of intellectual property, more efficient and secure AI workflows through smaller context windows, and a reduced cybersecurity attack surface.
What you'll do
- Develop technical material such as blog articles, tutorials, walkthroughs, and demos that explain how the platform works.
- Grow and maintain a developer-facing presence across X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, Stack Overflow, and relevant developer communities by contributing practical technical insight rather than promotional content.
- Speak with users in calls, collect feedback, and turn real engineering pain points into input for product and marketing.
- Represent the company at conferences, meetups, and webinars aimed at enterprise engineering audiences, including events such as GITEX.
- Work closely with product and engineering so your messaging stays technically correct and grounded in what developers actually need.
- Help refine the company story so it resonates with developers and the technical leaders who evaluate tools like this.
What we're looking for
- Hands-on software development experience, ideally with C#, JavaScript, React, or complex legacy systems.
- The ability to explain technical topics clearly, demonstrated through a blog, video channel, conference speaking, open-source contributions, internal docs, or earlier developer relations or developer marketing work.
- Confidence representing a technical product publicly, whether on camera, on stage, or through regular posts on LinkedIn or X.
- A self-directed approach, since this is a startup role where the developer advocacy function will be built from the ground up.
- Strong working English skills.
Working model and employment terms
This is a remote role, with Europe preferred. Candidates in any timezone roughly within three hours of CET can be considered. The position can be full-time or part-time, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, and the company is open to discussing what arrangement works best.
