About the role

The Marketing team is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Design Coordinator to support the club’s brand and storytelling. Reporting to the Creative & Brand Lead, this position plays an important part in shaping creative work that supports fan engagement, commercial activity, community initiatives, and the club’s NRL, NRLW and Netball programs.

What you’ll do

• Create visually engaging assets for digital platforms, print materials and stadium-based environments.
• Develop fresh concepts that translate the Gold Coast Titans brand into compelling creative work.
• Prepare artwork for social media, websites, EDMs, campaigns, signage and publications.
• Retouch and improve player photography and imagery for marketing use.
• Work with teams across the club to deliver projects that connect with fans, members, partners and the wider community.
• Maintain consistency so all creative output strengthens the club’s brand identity.
• Support a busy team with a flexible, hands-on attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.

Working pattern

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday. Because the club operates around NRL and NRLW seasons, some weekend work may be required to attend and cover games.

About you

You are a creative person who enjoys strong visual storytelling, teamwork and fast-moving environments. You take pride in accurate, high-quality output and can turn briefs into effective design solutions. You are also motivated to keep learning and stay current with design trends.

Requirements

• A tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or a related field, or current progress toward one.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in graphic design or a similar creative position.
• Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom and After Effects.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing polished, accurate work.
• Ability to understand creative briefs and convert ideas into engaging visuals.
• Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
• Effective communication and stakeholder relationship skills for cross-team collaboration.
• A proactive approach, creative thinking and genuine enthusiasm for ongoing learning.
