The firm is currently growing its commodity trading and investment departments to support its expanding operations and seeks professionals skilled in international commodity trading, agriculture, finance, and risk control to contribute to its global commodities business.

Role Overview

We are looking for two Derivatives Trading Executives proficient in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute trades involving derivatives, forward/future contracts, and other financial instruments.
• Gather and systematically organize data related to assigned products to develop a database for fundamental and technical market evaluations, considering supply/demand, geopolitical events, and market trends.
• Perform research and analysis, producing daily and weekly reports on assigned commodities to inform positioning strategies in key markets.
• Maintain real-time records of trading portfolio positions to assist contract pricing and portfolio assessment.
• Diligently reconcile derivatives trades against broker statements and confirmations daily.
• Ensure precise documentation of derivative transactions and their outcomes.
• Oversee margin calls and excess cash concerning derivatives; collaborate with the finance team to optimize broker positions and reduce cash usage.
• Utilize advanced AI technologies and Large Language Models to improve algorithmic trading, automated execution, market analytics, strategy formulation, and backtesting procedures.
• Prepare reports and support assistant functions.
• Engage in internal meetings, overseas training sessions, and additional tasks as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

• Hold at least a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a closely related discipline.
• Exhibit a strong passion for financial markets.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm for learning and adapting within a dynamic, collaborative work environment.
• Possess foundational knowledge of futures and options trading.
